Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of balajichippada.com and the masterclasses sold through it. The site is operated by Balaji Chippada ("we", "us"), based in India. By creating an account or registering for a session, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We publish a free Agentic AI Engineer roadmap and run live, online masterclasses. Some masterclasses are free and some are paid. Registration reserves you a seat in a specific session on a specific date.
2. Your account
You need an account to register for a masterclass. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate contact details — we use your email address to send your joining link, and we cannot deliver access if it is wrong.
You may close your account at any time by emailing team@balajichippada.com.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Your seat is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. Email team@balajichippada.com with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Free masterclasses have nothing to refund.
5. Scheduling and cancellation
We aim to give at least 48 hours' notice if a session must be rescheduled. If a rescheduled time does not suit you, you may take the recording instead or request a full refund, regardless of the 24-hour window in section 4. If we cancel a session outright and do not offer a replacement, we refund in full.
If you cannot attend live, the recording is emailed to registered attendees after the session. Missing the live session is not itself a ground for a refund beyond the window in section 4.
6. Content and licensing
Masterclass recordings, slides, code, and written material are provided for your personal learning. You may use the code and techniques in your own projects, including commercial ones.
You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share recordings and paid materials, and you may not use them to run your own training or course. The free roadmap content on this site may be shared and linked freely with attribution.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt live sessions or harass other attendees.
- Do not share your account or session joining link with people who have not registered.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its backend.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not deliberate or damaging, we will contact you first.
8. What we do not promise
The masterclasses are educational. We teach techniques and show working systems, but we do not guarantee a job, a certification recognised by any employer, a specific salary, or any particular outcome from applying what you learn.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Live sessions depend on third-party platforms and on your own internet connection.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or a masterclass is limited to the amount you paid us for that masterclass. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to a masterclass you have already paid for.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort out a problem by email first — write to team@balajichippada.com.
